Katherine Aiken

What will my legacy be? Helping athletes, parents, coaches, business leaders, and employees maximize their potential by helping them build the environment they need by empowering them with the language to manage the relationships that will help lead to success.

Meet me, Katherine "Kathy" Aiken, the ultimate trailblazer in collegiate sports technology for over 25 years. I've been instrumental in developing, implementing, and evaluating new and existing technology, enabling coaches and athletes to reach their full potential, reduce injuries, and create successful programs.

My love for sports began in my youth, playing basketball, field hockey, volleyball, and softball. My high school volleyball team was so good that we were honored as a "Team of Distinction" in the Greater Buffalo Hall of Fame. We held the nation's longest winning streak in girls' sports and were recognized as the top Volleyball program in the first 100 years of the sport. Yeah, we were THAT good!

In college, I continued my athletic pursuits, competing in volleyball and softball, and later at a national level. I further developed my skills in golf and tennis, becoming an elite athlete with a single-digit handicap and holding the title of Women's Club Champion at my home golf club in Lancaster, NY. Need a golfing buddy? I'm your gal!

My coaching experience began with middle school volleyball and high school softball programs, but the most rewarding experiences have been working with collegiate coaches and athletes. I help them view their performance from a different perspective, identifying areas for improvement and taking their game to the next level. I use my athletic and coaching experience to provide cutting-edge solutions for not only coaches and athletes to achieve winning results, but anyone who works with a team.

But my most significant accomplishment? Raising a family while establishing myself professionally. My skills helped my children excel in their own athletic pursuits, with my eldest earning NCAA D1 scholarships in softball and golf, and my youngest embarking on his own collegiate football career this fall. When I'm not working or cheering on my kids, my family and I enjoy life in upstate New York, just outside of Buffalo.
